You probably uninstalled the wad your system menu uses! You have bricked your wii!
Do you have bootmii or priiloader installed?

can you only access bootmii through the homebrew channel?Or does it come up straight away?
If you can't turn on the wii with your wiimote, you may have a damaged bluetooth module that will
need replacing. They are fairly cheap on ebay i've heard. And you could probably do it yourself with the
right screwdrivers. When you are able use your wiimotes again,go into wad manager and reinstall the
    wad you uninstalled!
    Hope this helps

Like i said,i've heard bluetooth modules are fairly cheap on ebay! And if you're going to replace it yourself you will need these special screwdrivers(cant remember the name of them LOL!)to open up the console! Then locate bluetooth module, replace it,put console back together! Then hopefully your wiimotes will be working again and you can go back to wad manager and reinstall that wad! What wad was it by the way?

Well, take comfort in the knowledge that you dont have a full brick of your wii! You have a semi brick(because you can still access HB channel)and semi bricks can be fixed!
Full bricks cant. And yes wads are not to be mucked around with! Please be careful in the future.
    Good luck!
