hey thanks for that still not the issue i even uninstalled all of priiloader and tried without it. still black screen when u power it on after it rests for a while. it does work after turning the system off and on again between 6 - 10 times. i installed priiloader once more since it wasnt the issue. I hope there might be another fix for this. if anyone has any ideas pass them my way please.

Not sure this will solve your problem but you can try it. Reinstall IOS70. Now reinstall your system menu. This will wipe priiloader off. Now start your Wii. Can you now get the system menu to come up? If so, try to install the latest stable version of priiloder. I think it's .3r48? After you intstall it, set it to use system menu IOS and disable all hacks for now. Now try to exit to system menu (this is just so you don't have to keep rebooting). If the system menu starts, your good to go. Now go back into priiloader and adjust your settings to your liking. If priiloader fails, now you know it's one of your settings.
    System Menu 4.2U, Priiloader 0.3b R48, BootMii/IOS, cIOS38rev14, HBC 1.06, USB Loader GX Forwarder, Wad Manager 1.5, DVDx, SignCheck, IOS-DOP-MOD11.5, A-Data 8G Class 6 SDHC, Seagate 1TB External HDD

ok i did a little searching so i
    downloaded the IOS70 patched
    then i
downloaded the wii system menu 4.2u
    then i
    downloaded priiloader rev.48

now do i just install the system menu (and then install the patched ios70 then priiloader?
or should i not be following this guide? http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...4-2u-4-2e.html

I really dont want to mess my system up it works fine but again only after power cycling it about 6 - 10 times to boot past the black screen and not freeze weird...

If you reinstall your system ios and system menu, wait a few before reinstalling priiloader- see if the issue is resolved from the removal of priilaoder. Also, if your wii connect 24 on, standby enabled? If so, turn wc24 off and disable standby, see if that has any effect.

If this were a PC I'd say you need to buy yourself a new Power Supply. I'm not convinced this is a software issue.

It's always safer to install System IOS and then System Menu as Maui has pointed out.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

weird... after leaving the system off for over 9 hours and before hand i did uninstall priiloader then i installed the patched ios70 no i did not reinstall the system menu (maybe i should try that as well?) but again when i powered it on i only had to reset it 3 times for it to fully function properly instead of 6 - 10 or more.

first time i got the black screen and frozen wii. second time i got to the main wii menu and it froze there then after a 3rd power cycle it works fine. So again I wonder what it could be it seems that helped a little. what do you think? maybe I should use the rev.48 version of priiloader instead of rev.54 which i keep reading on other sites is it migt brick your wii since anything over rev.48 is unofficial. or again try instaling the system menu (which I would need a tutuorial on or step by step since I have never done that) thanks guys let me know what you think.

    edit:
oh also i forgot to add it seems to never work when powering it on by the wiimote only by the system itself.

I have a wii from someone else (I replaced his mobo) which has similar problems. Can you run cboot2 files on your wii (do you have bootmii boot2 installed)?
As I get IOS failed errors on that wii.
The wii I have did the same thing, the owner always had to start twice or more to get the wii working. I tried the SNEEK thingy on that wii and it works without problems. Tried to restart the wii a couple of times and still working.
So if you can install bootmii in boot2 can you try that and see what happens if you start with SNEEK on SD card? I think that will work without any issues.
When I have time to look at my mobo again (too busy fixing wiis for other people) I will have a look at the nand again, as I think that is the problem on the wii.
If you think I helped you please click the little thanks button
Send me a PM if you have any questions regarding unbricking with infectus mod chip or post a message in here http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...installed.html

I think this in particular is odd. Are you quite sure your wiimote is properly synced to your wii? Perhaps the system is constantly freezing because your bluetooth module is failing.
