Bricked Wii, BootMii (NAND as boot2)fails to unbrick

I installed bootmii as boot2 and made a backup a few weeks ago. Today I was clearing space on my wii to install some new wiiware games and I deleted a channel called "???" and a channel called "Nintendo" along with a few save files and some other wiiware stuff. Immediately after I left the data management screen it said that the system files are corrupt and boots to a black screen now. I then immediately restarted into BootMii and attempted a restore. Everything went fine and it finished but it is still giving me a black screen when I try to boot to the wii from BootMii. Help Please!!

    Backup and format you sd-card
    Extract CB2_BB2_Dop-Ios_Mod-v11.5.zip
    Use ios36
    Scan the wii
Post the cvs report from your card here.

    You will need a gc-controller

Restoring NAND isn't always 100% successful, despite it saying so. Provided the NAND dump is good it may just need another try at the restore.

crap, i dont have a gc controller, I will have to borrow one from a friend this afternoon.
I have tried the restore 3 times now, once it took about 2 minutes then said it finished and didnt work, the second time it froze and just sat there for about an hour before i turned it off and the third time it took like 30 seconds and said it was successful however was not.

Hmm sounds like there's an issue with either bootmii or the NAND dump there. No harm in trying again and again though, maybe you'll get lucky eventually.

Try signchecking as per Mauifrog's advice though, maybe a simple IOS install would bring you back a working menu.
