Unhappy semi brick or full brick? black screen on all homebrew and some games/channnels

    hello

i recently bought my wii, so its the last model (LU70-D3-2) the menu says "version 4.2U"

i used some guides to softmod it, i got VC and wiiware going

then i was ready for USB loader, but it keep giving me DUMP - STACK ERROR screens full of numbers...

then i made the huge mistakes.... i read somewere about the IOS 249 so looks like i uninstalled it or something... i made a recovery with my NAND backup, and then i updated the system.....important to notice that there has too many official nintendo ios on the console....because i read that it was "safe" to update...

    the problem now is:

    • dont have PRII loader
    • every nintendo channel gives a blackscreen (except photo channel and shop channel)
    • the homebrew channel works, but it cant load any homebrew (all black screen) some games give black screen as well (tested trilogy and SSBB)
    • BOOTMII is supposedly installed, but homebrew channel cant load it..(black screen)
    • bannerbomb request to load boot elf, but its blackscreen after that. i read in bannerbomb site that if the message appears and then its blackscreen then you are screwed with the bannerbomb method
    • tried to do the smash stack, but SSBB does not load (black screen) same thing with metroid prime 3
    • finally, tried the INDIANA PWNS,the buffer overflow works, it finds the elf and it says its a valid elf, then it just freezes..tried several elfs, none worked

i read that smash stack and indiana pwns (and most homebrew) use IOS 36 or something so maybe that is what is damaged...i dont know... i tried various homebrew and none worked so it has to be the homebrew channel that has a problem with an ios..

i think my wii has no more hope, but i was thinking of replacing the d3-2 drive with an older dvd drive, and then via DVD execute some software that can help me manage the IOS...(of course the problem lies there) but i dont know if this is possible considering that all homebrew uses the same IOS wich i have fucked up or something....

    thanks in advance

    Backup and format your sd-card
    Extract CB2_BB2_Dop-Ios_Mod-v11.5.zip to sd:\
Click on the sd icon from the channel menu
    Load boot.dol/elf
    Dop-ios-mod will load
    Choose ios250
Install ios34 and ios35 without patches
Install Ios36 and ios70 with patches.
Scan the wii and post the cvs report here

Try to load WAD_Manager_v1.1_ELF.zip using indiana pwns
Also try to load the bootmii booter elf from indiana pwns

Are you loading original or backups?

nope, indiana pwns recognizes bootmii and wadmanager (versions you gave me) as valid elf, but it freezes on that screen.........looks like the problem lies with bannerbomb/indianapwns needing the exact ios wich i dont have/ is damaged or something...

indiana its the original game, i rented it besides its d3-2 so it would be imposible to load a backup...

i just wanna know if i change the d3-2 drive and install a modchip, do i have an option or is just the same thing because all homebrew uses the same ios
