The one you are left with after TBR should be fine, give it a try and see.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

It'll be difficult to install anything wad related without a Trucha signed IOS.

Maybe Mauifrog will have some ideas, that's why I moved it to the Bricked section.

What error are you getting from hackmii installer?
Post the installer log from your sd card here.

First we need a trucha ios
try to use CB2_BB1_Dop-Ios-Mod-v10.1.zip to install ios36 with patches. Try to use ios250, if that fails try to use other ios.

    If that fails
    Try to use cboot2_wadmanager_1.5_mod.zip
    Use ios250 or others
    Try to install IOS16-v257.wad

Backup and format your sd-card with this tool.
    Extract CB2_BB1_WadManager_1.4.zip to sd:\
    Download
    IOS35-64-v3088.wad
    IOS16-v257.wad
    To sd:\wad
Goto settings- data management- channels- sd card
    Load boot.dol/elf
    Wadmanager starts, use ios36
    Install ios35
    Install ios16
