Can you start bootmii? try to get the version number of your system menu by going into the info page on bootmii.
Then reinstall the correct IOS and system menu version with a wad manager that can be started by cboot2

And please learn some punctuation. Commas and full stops are in our written languages for a good reason.

    And erikie is right.

Are you sure. Did you install IOS as well?

did you downloaded those using NUS download? and first install the IOS and then the system menu.

If you can power the wii on with the wiimote then your bluetooth is ok. It could be your wifi. Without wifi module it won't work either.
Can you start homebrew channel from bootmii?

select the homebrew icon in bootmii and then press reset button. That normally starts the installed homebrew on your wii. I don't know on what it depends though (ios / sysmenu)
