The weirdest thing happened to my Wii last week. My son says he needs me to fix the Wii, so I take a look and it's bricked - after hiting the power button to turn it on it says something about corrupted files. I restarted the Wii about 5x and nothing. Went to make an SD card to reinstall the bootmii, NAND & keys, my son tells me it's fixed. AMAZING!

Just press + to install, and ios60 will install to slot 60. You can also set what slot you want to install in, but that is not what your trying to do here. So just press + and install ios60, don't mess with the slot.

ok. I have no clue how my luck can be this bad. LOL

I last played the wii with my son about 1 week ago, we played the new GH for an hour or so. Not sure if we left the wii run or not.

Went to start the wii yesterday, and nothing would happen(could of been cable loose not 100% on that however) it would just be black screen. Eventually it started to priiloader screen, now however it will not go any further. If I try to boot into system menu it flahses white then green screen, then all black and nothing happens. If I try to boot into HBC the screen just goes white and nothing happens. When I try bootmii it gives me an error(will get and post in a few mins). I think my wii just hates me.

Now what could possibly be wrong?

Sounds about right to me. Lol, j/k.

Can you boot a file from Priiloader? It would need to be in the root directory.

    ok.

I will post my errors this morning and let you know exactly what I can and cannot do.
First and foremost the last time I did this to try and see exactly what I could get into sometimes upon startup the led would be yellow, vs green, and I would have to hold power to power back down, and try again, sometimes multiple times.

Start from the top of priiloader.
System menu= half green half white screen then black screen with nothing happening.
homebrew channel= full white screen and nothing happens.
bootmii_ios= could not find fat:/bootmii/armboot.bin then returns to system menu
launch title= Brings up everything on the sd card, and I CAN access (nothing at the moment, last time I posted I could get into backup loader channel)
trying to load the HBC this way brought up an error today, exception (DSI) occurred, stack dumps and, code dumps.
Guitar Fun loaded (not on SD card)
My aquarium brings me back to the priiloader main menu.
wild west guns brings me back to the priiloader main menu.
nintendo channel brings me back to the priiloader main menu.

At this point I removed the SD card to check the bootmii location on the SD card. Sure enough bootmii was not on the SD card, so I took it from my old saved SD card file and put it back on the SD card @ D:\bootmii and also uploaded my backup NAND from about 1 year ago to the root of the SD as well.

With Bootmii on the Sd card, bootmii now launches fine. If I try to get to system menu from bootmii I get black screen with nothing happening. If I try to launch HBC from bootmii same black screen appears and eventually the TV says no input(light on wii is still green).

SO I guess I can try a NAND restore?

It appears NAND restore is out of the question now. When I go into bootmii and then try to do a NAND restore I get this.
    Checking boot2...
bootmii not found, too dangerous to continue! If your SD is corrupt or restore is interrupted, you will be unable to boot to fix it. If you are SURE you want to do this, pres A+B+X+Y Otherwise, press any key to exit.

smitty - A lot of the problems you have sound Priiloaderish. If you can access your Priiloader disable everything except the update ones. Make sure you set Autoboot and other option "?" to System Menu. If I'm in the left field, oh well.
