I used the downgrader like I had before the wii goes to the black screen but im able to hear it and feel the vibration on the wii mote/I dont have gc contrl and I intalled boot2

It is either not working because your wii is J, or you don't have boot2 bootmii. Try to find a bootmii folder from J, not sure how much it matters.
