Bricked Wii with No system menu

Ok this is what happened to me...
I got my wii hacked the old Legends of Zelda way.
I have been on 3.2U with the 3.3U safe update using Wii Gamma v3 with Starfall up intil this past Sept. when my son got a Original Scooby-Doo game which didn't work and asked on a different forum and was told to use the NeoGamma Loader which I found v7 and poof everything was working great. We had some older back-up games like...Mario Kart,Mario Party8, Skate It, Mario Slugger, that worked on the older loader.Which my son tried to play the other day and said they wouldn't work anymore,I tried and was also not able to get them working either. So being the dad I am looked around and found out that I needed to update, so I emailed the person who has the files and got the ntscupdate.zip,I put all the Wads in my Wad folder on my SD card, put the Wad Manager v1.5 (I believe) in the apps folder, then ran the Wad Manager via the HBC and got all them wads to install ok.... So now I'm on 4.2U and everything seems ok,untill I remember reading to stay on 4.1U,so I thought I would roll back my wii by unstalling the IOS60-64-v6400.wad and unstalling System Menu-NUS-v481.wad I then located and installed IOS60-64-v6174 [TB+ES_diV+NAND].wad aswell as System Menu-NUS-v449.wad thinking I'm going back to 4.1U.
Well now NOTHING at all when we start the Wii.
    HELP PLEASE !!!

And I'll Quote myself instead of editing it...
I can turn my wii on using my wii remote, but not off.I did try the gamecube controller in slot 4 with wii sports resort (back-up) in the drive and got nothing.
Is there anything I can do to save this?

In the future, never uninstall any ios under200, never uninstall your system menu. You can install a new one, it will overwrite the old one.

What method will you use to fix this? Bootmii?

Ok I now know that BIG noob mistake...

mauifrog...Thanks your guide I posted above is how I'm hoping to do it...New Motherboard I'm doing...my eyes aren't good to do any solidering on it so I'll just replace it

    P.S.
No I do not Have Bootmii or PriiLoader on this Wii why I'm replacing the Mortherboard completely. BUT I WILL USE THEM BOTH on my next Wii !!!

Sorry, I don't have any advise on that. What did you need to solder? Any idea if the new board supports bootmii boot2?
