Bricked Wii in a Thick Soup!

The Backup Launcher channel on my Hombrewed Wii began to show an error 324, and no matter what I did, it was of no use. My Wii couldn't install BootMii as an IOS (there was some error, I don't know what). I don't know what came over me, but like a complete idiot, I thought that the only way would be to downgrade my Wii.
Earlier my Wii was a 3.1U, then I upgraded it to 3.2U using IOS30 and SysMenu289, and now, after stupidly uninstalling those files using WAD Manager to again get it back on 3.1, my Wii is bricked. The green light blinks, the disc spins, but nothing but a black screen appears. What do I do?

    Please help, somebody!!

Such a shame as the error had nothing to do with the System Menu, so that copurse of action was wholly unneccesary.

Everyone, apart from you apparently, knows never to uninstall any IOS under 200. Other than Boot/boot2 having been installed there's really no way to recover. One guy recently managed to rescue his Wii with an infectus chip, a lot of soldering and a vunerbale boot1 but I'm not sure how it all went and whether it would work for you.

What you must do now is get Nintendo to repair/swap your Wii for the sum of $75-$200 depedning on whether they fancy investigating the cause of your brick.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

I did a couple now and both work fine with the infectus method.
However this will only work if you have either a wii that has the 'old' boot1 (< aug 2008) or have a nand backup.
So if your Wii is from before aug 2008 then you can be saved by the infectus trick.

If you tried to do the Gamecube controller trick and it didn't work then that won't work.
Your last bet would be to buy an infectus chip and flash bootmii into it.

Can you tell me exactly how to do the 'Gamecube trick', as you name it?

if you have a game cube controller start the Wii with the controller in slot 4 and keep the 4 buttons of the directional pad pressed. You have to disassemble the controller to be able to do so. Doubtfull if that works in your case though

    Unhappy Starfall autoboot?

I heard you can autoboot or something if you have starfall patch applied. How do you do that?
