i have bootmii as ios and nand backup from before my wii channels got f**ked up and now when i try to restore bootmii it says its very dangerous...
should i do it anyway? which leaves asking these questions:
1.is nand backups interchangable?
2.whats the worst that can happen?
3.is bootmii restore as boot2 safer?(i do have Prilloader btw)
4.can nand be fixed by ninty or even by memory off the internet and replace?
1. No. Nads are wii specific. If you have boot2 with no nad backup there is a solution though if you brick.
2.The worse that could happen in your situation is you could really screw up your wii if you're using it as an ios.
3. Boot2 restore can cure 99.9% of all bricks. Restoring bootmii from an ios is not recommended as of now.
4. I have no idea what you're asking.
Elaborate on which channels are "messed" up and what they're doing. Do you have bootmii as a boot2 or only as an ios?

Ok. This really needs to be in the bricked wii section of the forum. What exactly happened before you bricked it? Do you have bootmii installed as boot2? If you do, when you power on your wii your dvd light will flash twice quickly.
i made a wad installed it and everything was fine but i went to click on it and got the wii system couurpt message so i turned of wii and went to prilloader removed the wad and went back to system menu.. then it shows up after looking around system menu for 10 seconds but every channel works fine, then i uninstalled all the wads i had and then it still showed up, so then i tryed NUSD system menu 4.2U wad and ios free the bug and IT STILLED SHOWED UP!

What system menu did you start out on? (I'm trying to understand your post) So are you getting the system courupt message now? Can you access your system menu at all?
yea i can acces my system menu EVERYTHING but if i click a channel then click + or - to browse i get brick messagesQuote:

What wad was it that you installed before all of this happened? You said you made it? Do you still see the wad on your system?

If the problem was caused by that wad install, and you removed the wad, your wii should be back to normal. I might be buried some place you're not seeing. Any Title Deleter can remove it, but if you use that you need to be VERY VERY and not delete ANYTHING but that wad. You can turn your minor problem into a full brick with a few wrong clicks in this program. DO NOT mess with IOS70! Actually do not mess with ANYTHING other than the wad you installed. If you're unsure let it be.
