sudden brick after following priiloader guide

My wii was working just fine but then I followed the advice of these 2 guides:
HOWTO: Install The Homebrew Channel, DVDx and Bootmii Ade's Softmodding Wii blog
HOWTO: Install Priiloader to help prevent system bricks if you cannot use Bootmii as boot2 Ade's Softmodding Wii blog

    got as far as:
    7. On the install screen press +. in the 2nd link and then now every time I turn on my Wii, it does absolutely nothing. just a blank black screen and I CAN power on my wii using the Wiimote so it is an officially fully bricked wii. I just don't understand, it was working just fine a few minutes ago and then I followed these directions from the second link:

    7. On the install screen press +.

If you get no error message continue with step 8.

7.1 At this point if you get the error: “Got Root! Ticket could not be found, aborting mission” place your SD card back into your computer.
I pressed + on the install screen and then I did get see -> “Got Root! Ticket could not be found, aborting mission” BUT right after that I got a code dump error. Then after that, I restarted my Wii and then it went to the black screen and I can't do anything after that. How can I save my Wii. This is so frustrating, I did exactly what it said in the guide and now my Wii is bricked. I thought that I can only brick my wii by #1. nintendo update OR #2. playing out of region games I didn't do either of those and now my wii is bricked... btw, my wii is or was 3.2u.

well after i did mine, i could turn it on at wiimote it would come on for bout 10 seconds then shut off, had to manually turn it on... your first fail is not using a guide from here. bootmii into hbc if you have to hopefully that parts in that dreaded guide

Well, I was able to install bootmii before that incorrect guide bricked my wii BUT I was only able to install bootmii as IOS. I wasn't able to install bootmii/boot2. That is why I was trying to install priiloader in the first place. the guide said install priiloader if you aren't able to install bootmii/boot2. i did it and now my wii is bricked. So, what do I do now please?

update: i'm doing research as I type this and I have come across this:
    http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Brick

I don't know what i need to do but i will say that I did softmod my wii using the twilight hack setup. so that save is already on my wii. I also already had an older version of Starfall installed on my system prior to the brick.

    There are three options

Do you have boot2 bootmii? Two flashes from the disk drive led at boot with disk removed

Do you have preloader? hold reset and boot, it would load.

Can you enter the recovery menu with savemiifrii? You need a gc-controller in port4, hold all four d-pad directions down at the same time, keep holding and boot. You would see your system menu listed in the lower right corner.

I have bootmii as IOS not boot2 bootmii.

I tried it but it didn't work. But this had me wondering. One thing I did in following that stupid guide is I made a back up of everything on my SD card on my PC and then I installed the apps that the guide listed which is on SD card now. My usual apps that I have on computer such Starfall, neogamma, etc. is on my PC in my SD card's back up folder. Could this be why my Wii isn't loading up maybe? Should I remove the current contents of my SD card and restore it to like it was before and then try to get it work OR Is the contents of my SD card insignificant?

I don't have a gamecube controller. but I can try and get one and let you know what happens.

Are these my ONLY three options authoritatively? If so, man the outlook doesn't look good. If in the end I can't get my Wii to work then I'm just going to throw it away and I will be done with gaming again. this time for good. I stopped playing when I was 10th grade high school almost 8 years ago and I didn't start back up until the Wii came out. an almost 7 year hiatus. I need to focus more on school anyway but what a waste of my money if I can't fix this.

btw, if any mod feels that my case if useless please just tell me. because I will continue to research until I find something. so if my case is useless and you all feel that I just f**ked up beyond repair, I understand and I will stop my research. thanks!

If those don't work it is a full brick. Only way to fix it would be to replace the mainboard or re-flash the nand. Both are complicated and costly and not guaranteed to work.
