When you boot into bootmii, what system menu and ios info is displayed?

backup your sd-card to your pc, format it, then extact cboot2-signcheck.dol.zip to the card. Put the card in wii and boot, signcheck should load, push rest many many many times until the app exits, then post the signcheck.cvs file from your sd-card here.

If signcheck fails, try this one
    cboot2_signcheck.elf.zip
    Ipsa scientia potestas est.

You seem to be ignoring some of the advice given.

We asked if you could get into Preloader, that's holding reset when powering on. Yes/No

Mauifrog asked you to give the IOS and System Menu information, this can also be seen in Preloader.

This information is quite important to the resolution of your Wii.

Anyway from your signcheck you have IOS70 which means 4.2 and it's Europe, or at least it's been modded or bricked to Europe. You have Trucha enable 16, 36, 249 and 250. The 16 being enabled is a little old school but shouldn't matter.

I think I know what you need to do but we need your answers first. Otherwise I will need to close this thread.

I do not seem to be able to get into preloader, I have tried holding reset on start-up but nothing happens, I have also tried this with the SD card removed and I get the same result.

Then you'll need to buy one. A third party cheapo unit will be fine.

Bootmii has no Wiimote capability but several apps are converted for use with Gamecube controllers so we use those to fix through bootmii.

Ok download and extract the following to your SD card cboot2_wadmanager_1.5_mod.zip

Download the following and copy to SD:\wad

    IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].zip
    System menu 4.2 Eur

So you card will look like this

    SD:\bootmii\
    SD:\wad\
    SD:\boot.dol
    SD:\startup.elf

Install IOS70 and then Install System Menu 4.2E.

Reboot without SD card and see if it works.
