It's a lovely semi-brick that you have there.

    Do you have HBC installed?

Well there are a couple of options...

    1) Wait for a 4.2 disc to come out and update with that to put the config setting right.

    2) Softmod now to fix it through homebrew, not so easy seeing as you have no HBC.

Trouble is that updating to 4.2 will actually break cross region backup loading with your modchip.

3.2 does not support the hardware on a newer wii. If your wii is older and was on 3.2 or less when you brought it, downgrading should be fine. If it is newer and came with 3.4, downgrading could brick your wii, depending. If you where able to install bootmii as boot2, you can definatly downgrade, if not I would be very careful.

If you do donwgrade, be sure to have ios50-v4889 and IOS60-v6174 installed. This will prevent bricks from disk updates.
