Are you sure it is the same? I would expect it to have changed. Did you run it again?

    i just redid
    You'll need a gc-contrller
Download cboot2_wadmanager_mod(ios16,ios249,lu64).zip and extract to a formated sd-card
Download IOS60-patched.zip and extract to sd:\wads
Download system menu 4.1u or 4.1e or 4.1j, and save to sd:\wads
    Boot wii with sd-card inserted
Wadmanager should load, use ios36, load SD
    Uninstall ios249, if fail continue
    Install lu64
    Reboot
    Wadmanager loads, use ios249
    Install ios60patched
    then
    Install system menu 4.1
    Shutdown, remove sd-card
    reboot

Uninstall ios249 failed but still did all the rest and the sigcheck has changed

    OK, goto this folder
Install all of these ios files one at a time, except ios36.
Start at ios9 and work your way up.
