Your going to have to try all of them, only the ones labled enabled in your check. Start with 250 and work your way down.

    iso 250 works and did
    You'll need a gc-contrller
Download cboot2_wadmanager_mod(ios16,ios249,lu64).zip and extract to a formated sd-card
Download IOS60-patched.zip and extract to sd:\wads
Download system menu 4.1e and save to sd:\wads
    Boot wii with sd-card inserted
Wadmanager should load, use ios250, load SD
    Uninstall ios249, if fail continue
    Install lu64
    Reboot
    Wadmanager loads, use ios249
    Install ios60patched
    then
    Install system menu 4.1
    Shutdown, remove sd-card
    reboot
If the wii boots, great if not
    but still black screen

Keep trying, perhaps format the card again.
