(SOLVED) Fully Brick, Bootmii/boot2 installed but Not loading Bootmii?

OK I already posted some of this in another thread so if its a no no forgive me but I am constantly testing & have new info:

    old post:
found the guides from wiihacks very useful & successfully softmodded my step son's 4.0e wii after his d2pro went tits up.

so I offered to softmod my sisters 3.1e, I got to the Rev14 installer part & installed 249 after the 36 but it error'd so I exited the installer & the wii didn't boot but came on with the wiimote.
I put bootmii/boot2 on before the Rev14 installer but not the priiloader.

    So I thankfully found the cBoot2 + Wad Manager v1.5 & cBoot2 + Wad Manager v1.4
both startup fine powered on by the wiimote to wad manager then i have to select (A) to continue but the wiimote is no longer synced, I tried again with 2 different gc pads (not originals) no response from them.

What could be the problem? maybe the bluetooth? but how would it affect the gc pads?
is it worth testing with another bluetooth module from my son's wii with the wiimote synched to that? I dont really fancy taking the wii's that far apart but if that's what it takes.

    any other idea's?

UPDATE: I finally got wad manager to load using wiininja mod1 with GC pad support I followed the instruction to install the system files 3.2pal it installed ok but after reboot no change, is it because the system was 3.1pal before? or somthing to do with the ios?

    New info:
Bootmii is on Boot2 but does not load led flash's once on power on & again twice quickly a second later so I am sure it's on from what I have read?

OK I got cboot2 to load loadmii & get signcheck & other dol apps to load
I can load wad manager & even get to the homebrew channel by loading the hackmii installer with loadmii,
it says all can be installed & uninstalled boot2 ect, I left as is & exit then surprisingly the homebrew channel loaded up.

I am just unsure where to go from there to unbrick?

here is the result from signcheck:

SignCheck 0.3b aka loveSexWii build report
    Wii region Unknown?
    Wii unique device id 38863091

IOS number "Trucha bug" "Flash access" "Boot2 access" "Usb2.0 IOS tree"

In wadmanager reinstall ios30-v1040 wad, then install system menu 3.2 wad.

Load a disk loader any way you like, grab a game in your wii's region that is not scrubbed. Try to boot the game and let it update you. Any game in your region with updates on it should work. NSMB is a great choise. The game can be a backup if it is in your region with updates intact, and if your wii will load it. Something is corrupted, and it could take awhile to find out what. If you can boot a game, it should update your wii and fix the issue. You may need to try a few loaders, one that boots straight to the disk without user interaction may be needed since your wiimotes are not synced. The game should sync the wiimotes if it boots.

    What guide where you following?

Also you can try the post below.

    Hi thanks for the help.

I tried a disc loader gecko with super mario galaxy original but game just stopped on black screen after loaded.

I did exactly as you informed me mauifrog, with the ios249 to install in wadmanager. Install ios30, then system menu 3.2

It was the KRAXON softmod 4.1 toolkit which I used successfully on my son's 4.0e wii, but I never got as far as updating my sisters 3.1e wii it was at the Rev14 installer part where it got bricked I think I may have chosen 36 when it wouldn't let me choose 249#'?

Is there a way to find out if stub ios30 ?

I installed ios60 patched & sys menu4.1 both installed ok rebooted still black screen no boot up.

I look like I'll be buying my sister anew wii while I try to unbrick this :s

    any idea's welcome... thanks again
