The formatter fails to run now? With such low nand usage reported by bootmii I would think there's next to nothing on it anymore which would explain IOS failing to load.

I would run signcheck again and post back here. You are truly lucky to have bootmii installed as boot2.

Well I cant help but feck about lol...progress 2steps back 1step forward :

I decided to run the boot dol from the formatter pack with the bootmii/boot2 SD browser & removed ( I read in possably not needed on the comex readme) the eula wad, low & behold it installed the rest of the wads,
I tried the formatter again in just ran a error over & over about sd not readable, while it repeated error saying cant load dol (possably somthing to do with FAT driver I took out SD card & I swapped my other SD with all the other files I had on that loaded LOADMII then I ran wad manager & installed the corp uninstaller ios wads except 60 & 70.
Then restarted & did the loadmii thing again & wadmanager & installed the ios30 with 36 & sys menu290.

after all my fecking about still nothing but I reckon I am almost back to where I 1st bricked lol.

    hope yet?

    EDIT: I'll run signcheck now.......

Try to install the elua and region select wads from wad manager.

I'll try the eula & rsnus wads with wad manager soon as I get home,
TBH I am thinking it could be a faulty bluetooth module as the wiimote no longer turns on the wii like it did before when 1st bricked, although it just maybe I lost the BT settings during my fecking about,, I've ordered a new module on the off chance

EDIT: Wich ios shall I install the eula to... 36?

Well I did the formatter again through loadmii & it installed the 4 wads .. nothing .. reinstalled HBC 10.9% NAND usage.
I could try reinstalling the corp uninstaller wads again & sys menu ect BUT I reckon I am going to leave it for now until the new bluetooth module comes,

1 question after the formatter installs the 4 wads correctly would/should I see the WII boot as normal with bare minimum sytem?

    UPDATE:

I tried formatter a few times got it to install all needed wads. = nothing
I then installed a custom ios249r14.wad I found then proceeded to install the corp 3.x uninstaller wads manually using wad manager then patched ios60 & sysmenu 4.1e = nothing
I then found some custom ppcboot****.elf files that can boot straight to a channel such as the mii channel from bootmii, so I installed the various channels & tested = nothing
even checked savemiifree which now worked showing 4.1(eur)

    So I was stumped:

Then my new replacement bluetooth module came I waited till the kids were alseep to fit it & BAM!!!!!!
The wii booted like a brand spanking new wii.

All this time it was the bluetooth module that was at fault.

So I did the soft mod guide from wiihacks, piece of cake

thanks to all who have helped me understand the wii more & shown me the way.

ONLY 1 problem left,,,, My wireless internet settings are set ok & it works but I cannot get the user agreement from internet connection screen to load it goes to blank screen after selecting & I need it to use shop channel (updated with the Shop Channel and IOS61 Installer) wiiconnect24 wont load because it trys to load the agreement not that i want wiiconnect.
I have opera browser & that works, homebrew connects without a problem.

anybody else had thie same issue??

You could try to reinstall elua.wad with wadmanager
or skip it and use any region changer to set elua to read.
