That's what you get for following a random tutorial on Youtube. The first part in fixing a Wii is diagnosing the problem correctly and then doing the right thing to fix it.
The most glaring thing you've done wrong is installed System menu for 3.2 before you installed the IOS30 which it requires. We don't even know which System menu you were on before but I would bet it wasn't 3.2. The normal solution for fixing a semi-brick is to install System IOS followed by System menu at the same level or above.
You may be lucky and have a System IOS 50/60 or even 70 that may allow savemiifrii to work. So..
Get a Gamecube controller and plug in Port 4
Press Up, down, left, right at the same time as you power on your Wii (you may need to remove the pin under the D-Pad)
If you get a System menu version appear then this may be rescued, otherwise I don't think so.
