using your second link i got it to respond, but now when i select IOS249 and Wii SD i get those core dumps again...

    my sd is:

    sd:\wads\IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].wad
    sd:\wads\System Menu-NUS-v482.wad
sd:\boot.dol (your second link in the most recent listings)

I will try the other dl's now too just to make sure it's not the wadmanager
edit: the second link is the only link of the 4 that works

Your cios38(ios249) may not have installed correctly. Lets have a look. Download signcheck, and place the boot.dol on your sd-card, then load it from preloader. You will have to push reset many many times as instructed until the app exits. Then post the signcheck.cvs file from your sd-card here. If the boot.dol fails, try the boot.elf.

Cios38 is not installed to ios249. Try to run the installer.

Download and extract this to your sd-card
    Step2.zip

Load the boot.dol in preloader. It should start cios38-rev14 installer. Select ios250 and try to install.
