OK, so in other words, the post from Dienius Yus was wrong. I'll give it a try.

Confirmed - Unbricked a 003 4.2U with Mario Kart (USA) and SSBB-PAL showing those same H0/H1 error codes.

Guys make sure the ssbb-pal iso is using ios 36 by default. I acquired an iso that use ios 33 by default and it doesnt work when swapping, it always give error 003. After i acquired the new iso that use ios 36 by default it worked perfectly.

The iso that use ios 33 by default that i acquired is a spanish ssbb-pal. For this method to work an english ssbb-pal that use ios 36 by default is required, and the iso that i have is using english langguage. So i suppose that this is a uk release probably.

Oh, yes. Happened with autoload Carnival Games, but then can not understand when to press HOME and RESET.
If a press HOME when the strap screen then drive Carnival Games does not eject.
If a press HOME when the game asks whether to make saving the disc eject. I put SSBB but the disc does not even begin to spin. Next press RESET, the disc also does not spin and shows an error 003.
SSBB recorded on verbatim dl dvd + r at the minimum speed twice.
Downloaded from three different trackers ISO image SSBB Pal Multi-5 (disk data size 7677689856 approx 7322MB).
I ask if anyone knows or has restored your wii with the help of Carnival Games write what I'm doing wrong.
Maybe someone else have a video of this process?
    Thanks in advance.

It is hard to remember, but I think I went all the way to a new 1 player game. Then on the screen where you select your mii, I did the disc swap there. I think it was just [HOME], swap [RESET] without going back to the game to spin up, I think the game give error if you go back out of the [HOME] menu.

i think the easy way to confirm the applicable SSBBpal is to verify the GameID before hand .
picking the wrong SSBBpal is just a waste of life.

You must be kidding? Need to pass all a game "Carnival Games" or I'm not correctly translated?
