Yes it is hard, you need to know how to code, debug, compile, and hack.

    hi
I used this guide and i broke my kor Wii!
I did everything he said and untill the D part everything were ok but when i installed IOS 70 then Preloader and reset my Wii i saw the 003 error!
I have a back up from Nand and Key. Can i recover my dead poor Wii?
The preloader can run with holding eject button and pressing power button at the same time but HBC or Bootmii don"t run. now what should i do with backup? i have these files: nand.bin,keys.bin,installer.log and bootmii folder which includes: armboot.bin, bootmii.ini, ppcboot.elf
    please help

Do not take this wrong, but if your Wii was a Korean Wii and already @ 4.2U (presumptively, being the guide you cited is for 4.2) --- then it was already bricked with #003 error.

KOR = Korean Wii. Many "shady" or foreign markets will region change (aka crossflash) these into US versions. Anything above 4.1U will brick these Wiis. Why don't you read post #1, page #1 of this thread, rather than thrashing about blindly?

I read but he said: Method #4 Nand Reprogramming
Users who have their nand keys or made a bootmii backup prior to their brick can use that nand backup to have their nand reprogrammed. If you do not have your nand keys or a boobtmii nand backup, you can not reprogram your nand. If you have this, you can reprogram the nand yourself but the precess is complex. Bad-Ad84, Deadlyfoez, and streamlinehd can do the job for you, for less than you should do it yourself.

I want to do it myself if it's possible
I can't send my Wii to those because im from a different country

Do my softmod guide. In chapter 1, load the MMM from preloader, install ios58, then launch hackmii, install hbc and bootmii, Then do chapter 2 and 3, and your wii is fixed.

That is not true, just the guide he used removed his patched ios70 giving him the brick. It is easily fixed, so run the wii through the softmod guide, linked in my sig
