    Any suggestions?

    Can anyone help with this????

You need to load it. Load the boot.elf, or load the installed file.

I did load the boot.elf file and once it says it is complete it goes back to asking me if I want to load the boot.elf or load another file. I try to load another file and I just get a black screen. It's like it is going in circles. I thought WAD Manager was suppopse to start after loading the boot.elf file???

Wadmanager is a boot.dol since 1.3. I don't know what boot.elf you are trying to load.

You then hold reset and boot the wii
    Preloader will start
    click load/instal
    load boot.dol
    wadmanager starts
    use ios249
    install IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug]
    then
    install system menu 4.2
    then
    reinstall priiloader

    That should fix it.
I followed your instructions and when Preloader starts I click load/instal then it says instal Boot.elf? I click yes. It then completes and goes back to asking me this again. I cannot get out of this screen.

Format your card, move those wads back to sd:\wads
    Download wadmanager 1.4 mod2
    Put wadmanager's boot.dol in sd:\
    Then load in preloader.

After I load preloader should WAD Manager start or will it go back to the main screen in preloader?

I am gettiing the same error as the other person in this thread. Should I update to preloader .30 before the WAD Manager step?
