What do you mean by that?

I'm going to ask my friend who's a programmer to look into GC controller interface and he'll try modify those applications to support GC controllers.
In wadmanager use ios36, it defaults to 249 so you will need to change it. Then uninstall ios249.wad, this is the stub and can be found in the 4.2 guide linked below.
Then install cios38rev14.wad, using ios36 again.
Then install ios30-v1040.wad, using ios249 now
Then install system menu 3.2 wad (in your region), also using ios249
    Also install IOS50-v4889.wad, using ios249

Hopefully when your done your system menu will boot, or atleast try to boot to a bannerbrick, and fingers crossed your wiimotes will sync. Then you can load anytitle deleter and remove whatever could be causing the bannerbrick.

And another though, try to boot savemiifrii, then when in the recovery console, push the red sync button on the wii, and then on your wiimote.

DOP-IOS Mod now does Trucha Bug Restoring http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Dop-IOS/Dop-IOS_MOD

Added code from Trucha Bug Restorer so you can go through a short process to install an IOS (IOS 36) that accepts fakesigning if you need one
    And it supports Gamecube controller.

    Might be some use.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

I think he has trucha ios36, he said TBR worked. But that is good, now he and others can do most of this from one app- as long as they push the right buttons.

TBR was successful, yes? And you are using ios36 in wadmanager to uninstall this IOS249.wad
And also ios36 to install cios38r14.

If so run the signcheck again to verify ios36. If TBR did not work, use the new dop ios mod mentioned above by Tealc to enable trucha on ios36, then try again.

Yes it was successful. Ok I'll try

"SignCheck 0.3b aka loveSexWii build report"
    "Wii region", Europe
    "Wii unique device id", 42935581

"IOS number", "Trucha bug", "Flash access", "Boot2 access", "Usb2.0 IOS tree"

"IOS70 (ver 6687)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS61 (ver 5405)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS57 (ver 5661)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS56 (ver 5405)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS55 (ver 5406)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS53 (ver 5406)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS38 (ver 3867)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS37 (ver 3869)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS36 (ver 3351)", Enabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS35 (ver 3349)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS34 (ver 3348)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS33 (ver 3091)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS31 (ver 3349)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS28 (ver 1550)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS22 (ver 1037)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS17 (ver 775)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS14 (ver 520)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS13 (ver 273)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled

And yes I'm using IOS36 for uninstalling the IOS249 stub, but no matter how much I try it doesn't succeed.
It seems that the Trucha bug is enabled.. And after trying a couple more times nothing changes. Only 1017 error when uninstalling IOS249 and 1035 error when installing IOS38rev14

OK, this is getting complicated. Can you try to uninstall ios249 again, using the wad I posted above. Try other ios options.

If it fails, try to install the ios16, using ios36. If that install try to uninstall ios249 with ios16

Also, try priiloader again if possible loading with cboot2, or try loading loadmii with cboot2, then priiloader, or from hbc.

I tried every IOS i could and none of them did the trick... I can't install IOS16, every time I try to uninstall any IOS i get the 1017 error.. I can run loadmii and priiloader through that, but it doesn't have GC controller support so I can't run it.. And the manual says that it's important to have IOS60, which I don't have...

Can you turn the wii on with your wiimotes? If you can not, your bluetooth could be dead.
