    Downlaod ios60patched.zip and extract to sd:\wads
    Download your system menu wad from nus.
    You say it is 4.0e, what is the serial # of the wii, LU or LE
    If it is LU download system menu v417 (4.0u)
    If it is LE download system menu v418 (4.0e)
    Now hold reset and boot the wii
    Preloader should start
    Click load/install
    load boot.dol wadmanager should start
    1st install ios60patched.wad
    2nd install system menu wad
    Then proceed to the 3.1-4.1 guide below, do step4-5, installing ios60patched, upgrading to 4.1, and installing priiloader.
    Hello! Thanks for your help!! Thanks to you guyz, now I've clear what to do and so I tried some minutes ago.

    My problem is that I'm NOT able to make wadmanager start from preloader! I tried several wad managers (I renamed in "boot.dol", then I loaded each one of the following in several different tries):

    WADManager_v1.3 -> blank screen
    WAD-Manager_v1.4 -> blank screen
    Wad.Manager.v1.5.Folder.wiiNinja -> blank screen
    Wad.Manager.v1.5.Folder.wiiNinja.Mod2 -> blank screen
    Wad.Manager.1.5.Folder.wiiNinja.Mod3 -> blank screen

    WAD-Manager_v1.5 -> something different...

    In fact I realized that Wad Manager by Waninoko starts but freeze at the disclaimer in a black and white screen and (sometimes) suddenly explicitly exits a Exception DSI error, that's the cause of freezing...

    ADDITIONAL INFO: Moreover I noticed that, if I start the boot.dol corresponding to cIOS installer by Waninoko (that I used for ANOTHER HACK WITHOUT PRELOADER to install HBC and Bootmii) it WORKS, but the Wii Mote is disabled.... but NO exception occurs!!

    So, I've the two wad files you suggested, but I'm still NOT able to start Wad Manager from preloader...what do you suggest to do?

    Thanks again for you great help!!!

    Download the usbloader gx dol, put it to the the root of your sd-card, put wadmanager in it's standared apps/wadmanager/boot.dol

    Install the usbloader gx boot.dol into preloader. Then boot the installed file, have a usb drive pluged into the outer usbport, exit usbloader to hbc, run wadmanager from there. If that does not work put the hackmii installer on the root of your sd-card and load it into preloader, then exit the installer, it should exit to hbc, run wadmanager.

    If wadmanager still fails, try cboot2 and load wadmanger from bootmii, load bootmii from hbc.

    Hey! only this last method seems to work correctly, because I get the Wad Manager 1.4 in colors...but my Wii Mote is still disabled, so I cannot check if it is really working!

    Do you know a way to fix this Wii Mote problem or I absolutely need a GC controller?!

    Try one of these 3 mods, they all support gc controller.
    Wad Manager v1.5 with folder support - GBAtemp.net

    In this week I get a GC controller and I'll try!! Any additional suggestions?

    Question 1: Do you think that "cboot2 and load wadmanger from bootmii, load bootmii from hbc" method could work with GC controller or I need the 3 mods you posted up?

    Question 2: now that I need to get a GC controller, what do you think about using the Universal Unbrick Disk? It could help?

    Thanks once more for the support!!!

    With preloader and bootmii available you will not need to use a brick disk. Also do as you said, try to load wadmanager, or dop ios mod in both preloader, or HBC, or bootmii with cboot2, try different versions, different cards, anything you can until you find one that will work.

    Hello! I'm back!

    Finally I got something working and in particular I'm able to run Dop-IOS MOD v9 with Preloader.

    Trick: first "Install" the boot.dol file, then change "Settings" to Autoboot the File and reboot!

    However now what should I do?

    First it asks:
    "Which IOS would you like to use to install other IOS?"
    --> IOS 60, 61, 249,250, 254 ...

    Then, supposing I choose something, I can go in the menu:

    --> IOSs
    --> Channels
    --> System Menu

    How can I go on? I have the "IOS60-patched.wad" and the "RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v418.wad" but I dunno how to use them now... °__°

    Maybe my Wii should be on-line....how to check if it is when I'm in Dop-IOS? I've internet connection, but this Wii is not configured for it...and I cannot configure it, because I cannot access to this System Menu functionality...

    Thanks again for your help!!!

    PS: Actually no Wad Manager was able to start with Preloader, but:
    1. HackMii v0.2 can start but it says that there's "no known vulnerable IOS installed on this Wii..." and maybe this is why HBC is not working correctly... (during the installation HackMii v0.6 was used with results IOS versions: Installer: 34, HBC: 61, DVDX: 35)
    2. cIOS Installer 2.0 by Waninoko can start
    3. NO Wad Manager can start, I've just tried once more 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.5mod1,2,3 etc.

    If the wii is not online you need to use wadmanager. Did you try the 1.5 mod with gc-controller support?

    Also download HBC-loader.zip and install the boot.dol into preloader. You should now boot into hbc. Install the system ios and system menu with wadmanager.

    Also you said you where able to enter the system menu, but not settings. It is 4.0e, what is the SN of the wii, is it a pal or ntsc?

    Yes, I did, but it does not start.

    Tried right now...blank screen...

    I've a PAL 4.0E, so its S/N is LE XXXX.

    I CAN enter the system menu putting in "Settings" of Preloader IOS 249: however it has limited functionalities... my HBC is on IOS 61 but does NOT work correctly...

    If I choose IOS60/61 in Preloader, I've a message of corruption...

    How can I check if my Wii is on-line on Dop-IOS? Does it give an error when trying to install something that cannot be downloaded?

    However it looks like the HBC is not installed properly or something like this: what do you think about it? It could be worth to spend sometime on trying to reinstall it correctly to make Wad Manager working?
