Think i have bricked my wii.. help please

okay i was following the guide from this site to hack my wii it is a 3.4e version i did a nand backup and got the bootmii and homebrew channel on and i got to the truncha bug restorer part and did that 3 times then i did cIOS38 r14 installer.

but after that i needed to update the wii to v4.1 but i have no network set up. but now when i restart my wii i get your system files are corrupt or something.. i tried to do a nand backup but for some strange reason when i copy the files back to sd card it says file are from a different wii?. i can get into the homebrew channel but i am stuck.. i dont know where to go.. please does anyone have any suggestions??? thought this was a bad idea to do it on friday the 13th..

just read another post about the same kind of brick.. i get IOS50-64-v4889.wad and since this is a uk wii i take it i get 3.4E-System Menu-PAL-v386 .. could someone please confirm this.. i can run homebrew so i take it i put both these wad files in the wad folder on the sdcard and run wad manager?????

    System Menu - WiiBrew

use above link to see which ios is needed to be installed with the system menu you choose. install the ios wad first then system menu. why everyone uses 4.1 i dont know. 3.2 with starfall and neogamma 7. does it all

if you want to get ios and system menu. download NUS downloader (google it)

okay i dont want to make this any worse..

i have got the files IOS50-64-v4889.wad and 3.4E-System Menu-PAL-v386 please can someone confirm that these are the files i need?

once i have got the correct files i put them in the wad folder and boot up in homechannel and run wad manager..

then i run the first wad and then the system wad..

is the correct way of fixing this...??..

thanks for the help so far..

That is right, I have the same brick but when I try to install the system menu wad, I get error 1022, I don't know where to go from here. Can someone else please help us with this?

You have downloaded a corrupt archive, or at least one that cannot be installed.

Try my mediafire to which I uploaded one direct from Nintenod Update Servers yesterday. Click my sig.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
