I'm in need of some help. I just (foolishly)bought a used wii knowing it was not working. Previous owner tried hacking it and bricked it. It appears that there is no pre-loader and appears that bootmii isn't installed. I have a drive key mod chip(not installed). with no preloader or bootmii, am I pretty much SOL? is my only option to send it to Nintendo? The previous owner did not know which system menu was installed, he thinks it's 4.0 but wasn't sure.
