If you are on 3.2, you are missing your system ios30. Install it with wadmanager cIOS30-v6174.zip

If you are getting a corrupt message, you could have installed a bad wad. What did you install?
Does the wii boot when holding + - press A at the health screen?

Ok installed cIOS30-v6174.zip, Didnt work. Should I used specifically Wad Manger? I used the Boot Mii and selected 249, then went through and selected the cios30.. Just not sure how I would pull up the other Wad Manager since I cant boot pass the health warning screen. + and - then pressing A, was no go. I just hear the menu music start to play, then the corrupt message..

Sounds like you have a banner brick. You must have installed a bad wad, not an ios or system menu, something else. Do you know what that could be? You should uninstall it.

Very unsure what could have happened. I just tried to play wii after about 3 months of no use.. Then turn on, and go this issues. So using bootmii I tried hbc option. That worked fine. It came up, and said there is an update for hbc... So I let it update. Restated still, got message about corrupt files... So figured I'll try hbc option again from bootmii.. This time it goes black... That's all it does now... So ended up with that being an issue.. So I have no idea what wad could be problem, haven't installed any in long time. What program I use to remove wads? Which do I need not to remove before it's totally messed up. Thanks!

The simpelest solution for you would be to follow this guide
    http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...-your-wii.html
Be sure to backup your savegame files first and make a nand backup. This method will remove all your hacks, savefiles, channels, etc, everything excepty boot2 bootmii. It should leave you with a clean install of the system menu fixing your issue.

    Extract CB2_BB_SysCheck_1.6.1.zip to sd:\
Boot the wii and run the scan
Review the cvs report on sd:\
Look at the region, ensure it is set to USA/NTSC. If it says- Unknown, this will cause a black screen.

If the region is unkown, replace your settings.txt
    Extract CB2_BB_System-Settings-Replace_MOD.zip to sd:\
    Copy cd:\ntsc\settings.txt to sd:\
Boot the wii and replace the settings.txt

It the region settings looks good in syscheck, you need to consider other brick causes, such as a bad bluetooth module or wifi or dvd drive. If you have issue, make a new thread with with your sysckeck report and a history of your wii and brick cause.

Thank you, that was very helpful. The region was indeed unknown.
