Nothing on the screen, Wiimotes could not be synced/used

To all the experts - Please confirm that my Wii is bricked or it is only that the bluetooth module is dead. Thank you thank you thank you! (my original post was on page 14, no answer yet)

ibrickedawii - 1035 Suggests you have a cIOS issue. You'll need to verify and possibly re-install your cIOS.

hluu0111 - Not enough information in your other post. To verify BT module failure, check that you can switch on the Wii using the Wiimote power button, failure to power on suggests it could be the BT module. Then check the savemiifrii method, if this works then it's not the BT module but your Wii is bricked.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Hi, 1st post & not what I was hoping to post for a 1st post,
I found the guides from wiihacks very useful & succesfuly softmoded my step son's 4.0e wii after his d2pro went tits up.

so I offered to softmod my sisters 3.1e, I got to the Rev14 installer part & installed 249 after the 36 but it errored so I exited the installer & the wii did'nt boot but came on with the wiimote.
I put bootmii/boot2 on before the Rev14 installer but not the piiloader.

    So I thankfully found the cBoot2 + Wad Manager v1.5 & cBoot2 + Wad Manager v1.4
both startup fine powered on by the wiimote to wad manager then i have to select (A) to continue but the wiimote is no longer synched, I tried again wi 2 different gc pads (not originals) no response from them.

What could be the problem? maybe the bluetooth? but how would it affect the gc pads?
is it worth testing with another blutooth module from my son's wii with the wiimote synched to that? I dont really fancy taking the wii's thtat far apart but if that's what it takes.

    any other idea's?

UPDATE: I finally got wad manager to load using wiininja mod1 with GC pad support I followed the instruction to install the system files 3.2pal it installed ok but after reboot no change, is it because the system was 3.1pal before? or somthing to do with the ios?

    FAT errors

I've tried downloading the files provided but I continue to get this error:

    cBoot DOL loader

    IOS Version 2 v16 0x00020010
    Fallback IOS loaded .
    sdio_Startup() rv = 0
    fat_driver: disk init failed
    Init FAT driver failed.
Failed to load boot.dol from front SD card reader.

I am using the latest version of WiiGator's cBoot DOL loader. I've tried using v16 but that will not even load the IOS.

I have tried two different SD cards (1GB and 2 GB) using FAT16 and FAT32 which does not make any difference. Any advice you could give would be appreciated.

Tried this but I do not get anything on my screen when I turn it on. I tried both packets. I can power on the Wii with the wiimote so I think it is a full brick. But I get nothing when I put these files on the SD card and start the Wii. Help. I should have included that it is a 4.2U upgraded from a 4.1U so I used the 4.1 files. Is this the problem?
