4.1U Wii bricked

So I've got an homebrew app called Pimp My Wii1.1 (installs missing, outdated IOS)

Almost all IOS are updated and installed except for:
11 v256
20 v256
30 v2816
60 6400

because they can't be installed i installed them through WAD Manager
after installing all of them and rebooting my Wii all i get is a black screen

Please help me
