tryed reloading my nano of sd card and when i do this it say nano is from a diffrent wii....

I guess by nano you mean Nand. Has anything changed in your Wii since you made the backup.

Also what version of bootmii did you use? Bootmii Beta 3 had a bug where it would give you that error.
