do yo uhave preloader or bootmii/boot2?

    if not, WHY NOT?

you could also look for savemii or savemefrii, i think they are useable in your situation.

Also reading other threads in the bricked wii section might help as many people have banner bricked their wii!

I'm not sure about that no modchip needed autoboot disc. It goes against every security protocol Nintendo have built into their Wii. If you are stuck then it's now worth getting a modchip, unless you want to spend on a costly Wii repair.

    Yes I know.

The best way to check if you are doing things right is if the System Menu version and Region pops up in the bootom right corner of the screen. e.g. 4.1 (Eur). If you don't get that then you are either doing it wrong or it's not going to work on your brick.

if you dont have a Modchip or cIOScorp then i think you need AutoBoot Universal Unbrick Disk v2. is that what you have?

Modchip time then. Wired are cheaper. Clipped ones are more expensive. Drivekeys are the most expensive due to their complexity. The type you will need will depend on what serial number you have an where you Wii originated from. Many sites selling Wii modchips will have a serial number checker. Good luck.
