I'm from Uruguay South America no way i can call to the US.

another idea: an autoboot to erase the unwanted files is it possible? or to format the Wii

That would be nice but i don't think it is possible because we can't access the menu, no sd card, no nothing... We start it and BAM error 003

Nintendo is strategically building the K_version for Korean local market. It originally consists different IOSs, other than those came with J/U/P consoles. i doubt if Nint-CS would help u out with the ARC'ed consoles.... i don't mean to upset u, sorry.
