Guys I think I have BAD news.

This just arrived to my E-mail
    "Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to complete our consumer email survey. We appreciate the feedback we receive and will use it to improve our service.

I wanted to address your initial email in saying that the error code indicates the Wii console was manufactured for a region that is not compatible with the Wii System Menu 4.2 update. I’m sorry to report that this incompatibility has made the system unplayable and that neither Nintendo nor its distributors is able to repair these systems.

I realize you may not have been aware your system was manufactured for another region. I can only recommend that you to contact the retailer or individual who sold it to you in order to resolve the situation.

    Sincerely, Nintendo of America Inc.

Hi everyone, looking for solutions i found out the following:
I found the wii still connected to the wireless router, how? I get into my wifi router and list all connections an the IP of the Wii was there.
Right now, im in the same situation as many of you, black screen 003 error.
Maybe the wii console can be fixed remotely.

    Any ideas?

    Hi all!
I received similar responses from US and UK. I contacted the local seller (Cluj - Romania) and they asked me to send them free of charge the Wii for repairs. I don't have an answer yet but according the answers we all received confirms that they acknowledge the mistake selling Korean Wii s in different regions MODIFIING the region. This means an official SOFT MODDING!!!
    Wrong move...
If is the same in your case, some Customer Protection regulation are in place and you can use them!
If I will receive mine fixed and any other details will arise (fees, taxes etc.) I will let you know.
If useful, pls. click the little button.
