You will need to use SaveMiiFrii, if you don't know how to do this:

OK, Tryed with anyregionchanger boot disc without SaveMiiFrii, i'm waiting for my triwing screwdrivers to arrive, and the dvd drive spins for like 2 seconds then stops. I guess i need SaveMiiFrii to make it boot.
Is there anyway my wii can get fixed for example, changing the mother board? or something?

I am in the same boat like you - did almost the same thing and things got messed up after the downgrading. I did a lot of research on my case and came to the conclusion that my wii has been sent from Nintendo to the person I bought it from as a replacement, and they have put the old stickers on the bottom which mislead me that it was an old console (LU32). After opening it I saw it was one of those new drive boards - D3-2.
As far as I know there is no mod chip to make the drive read the backup discs. That's why you couldn't load backup discs. I am waiting on my Savemii dongle to try and see if i can boot it in RM and go from there - but I don't have some big hopes .
I don't know if changing any of the motherboards will fix your brick, but after checking some prices i don't think it is worth it. The wii is already down $50 to $199 so you might as well get a new one.
The other thing is probably wait till somebody comes out with a chip that will allow the dvd to load backup discs and then to use a savemii/savemiifrii to launch an autoboot disc and fix the brick. That is also with some big if's
I will keep you updated once I try the savemii later this coming wiik
