    wii boots to initial 12 squares then blank screen

    hi hope someone can help

    i installed neogammar5 on my wii this morning said succesfull restarted as this is the only way to get back to menu to find i had a black screen.

    rebooted will get all the squares flash up on screen once then nothing just blank screen

    took disc out sd card out disconected power left for minute still same?

    any ideas?

    As in other thread which if I remember I will remove the posts.

    Banner brick, more than likely.

    Do you have preloader or bootmii/boot2 installed? if not, why not?
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    i thought i did i have bought a gamecube ctroler and can now get to a screen that has 3.2 europe on it will boot wii fit game which is original when i click to return to menu it dies :-(

    any ideas would it be worth mod chipping and then booting from wad installer disc?

    i installed starfall

    also is there a way past banner brik

    There are several autobooting discs that will help, some run wad manager so you can uninstall the neogamma wad you installed. You will need a modchip with autobooting function though.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    can you recomend one im in uk and wheres best to buy ? slderless one would be best

    I can't I'm afraid.

    You need to find one based on your Serial Number and drive type. Not all Wiis can use the same chip. Some chips don't have the autoboot function set.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
