I need help, my Wii won't turn on

Hello. My wii was 3.2U, I softmodded it with waninkoko's cios36rev10 and updated ios 51 and 55 and everything was working fine, including the usb loader 1.5. However, I recently found out about cios38rev14, so I figured I'd use that since it was the most recent. I installed that as well as updated ios 61 and 53 because I wanted to play Pulseman. But apparently, today when I tried to use usb loader, it didnt work, I got the error=ret1 i think. Then I tried using coverflower, it gave me a system dump and then i manually turned off my wii. Coverflower has done this before, so nothing seemed unusual, but after shutting off my wii it no longer turns on. It didnt go to standby, and I cant seem to turn it on at all. I have bootmii as a boot 2 installed, but if I can't turn on the wii then it cant help me. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to make it turn on again?

This has happened to me twice. For me it was my power supply not stabalizing the voltage properly. Unplug your power cord and disconnect it from the wii as well for about an hour. Hopefully this helps.

Thanks, I had left it unplugged and after plugging back in it turns on now. But do u think usb loader isnt working because of the cios38rev14? Maybe I should go back to cios36.

    For the USB Loader:

You do not need to do anything with cIOS36. If you think cIOS38rev14 is the issue i would go with cIOSrev13a.

I personally never found out what has caused this issue but i highly doubt it is the cIOS. But i could be wrong. It might be a bug in the loader. You might want to try USB Loader GX or USB LoaderCFG. Coverflow was good for a while but too many bugs for my likeing
