Black screen after bootmii could mean one or two things.

    1) No System Menu.
    2) Bluetooth moldule unseated or broken.

Bootmii does not support Wiimote, I'm sure you already know that. Use reset/power or gamecube controller to move through the functions.

Does Homebrew Channel button work in bootmii?

I don't know much about betwiin.

You may not need betwiin anyway.

    I will ask again..
Does HBC work when you click Homebrew Channel option in the bootmii menu?

Ok then you can pretty much restore your Wii using Wad Manager.

First up, what was the last thing you did to your Wii before it went to the Black screen?

Second what System Menu do you have installed?

Are you having trouble seeing beyond just the one question? I put multiple questions so that I can get more information per post than by asking just one.

I don't have to help I suppose, I could go and do something else and leave your Wii in it's bricked state.

Oh dear. It's not wise to call Mods that sort of thing. Banned - Lifetime. Hope your Wii stays bricked.
