I had installed all the below iso version on my wii (plz do not ask me how did i do it, cause I know that is so stupid but i just did cause i thought that this will help me to make some game to play which i had problem with)

And before doing this I had 3.1u but i upgraded it to 3.2u using wad version

if you get black screen, your best chance is to get it to N for repair... also, for bootmii to work you need a nand backup, do you have it? last thing, if u can boot with the boot.elf and the private folder in your SD and the SD plugged in while boot ing it may go to bootmii menu if you have it.. if not, give it to N

you need to have a boot.elf and a "private" folder in your SD. if you have them and still does not boot from the SD, then no luck at all

Dang, no definate mention of a for sure Bootmii installation and nand backup made prior to this users experimentation. I have a copy of my bootmii folder on my mediafire account, but the files are useless if dude doesn't have Bootmii/boot2 installed. Even then a back up prior to the brick would be needed.

....So I guess this is another lost case?

Nintendo' most inspired core game titles are stuck overseas. Nintendo Of America sux when it comes to the localization of these game titles as they court with their new found casual gamer/soccer mom audience this console generation. Thus indirectly promoting the growth of Homebrewing & basically telling their core audience if they want it, mod chip or Homebrew it. Thanks Nintendo! My Wii and its functionalities have never felt more complete than when I took my first sip of the Brew. - Brewaholic

The problem is you've updated your IOS30 to v3816 which is a stub IOS (i.e. empty), when your Wii loads it loads whatever you have in IOS30 because you are on 3.2 i.e. nothing and that's why you have a black screen. This is one of the problems with having such low level control of your Wii.

If you'd have been on 4.0 or 4.1 you'd probably have been fine and never noticed what you'd done.

Your only hope is bootmii and if it was installed as boot2 when you hacked your Wii. Bootmii comes with the hackmii installer and would have created a folder called bootmii on your SD card with 3 files inside. If you have this folder on your SD then you have a chance.

Try booting with no SD card inserted. If you see a brief set of flashes from the blue slot LED right after you hit the power button, try a different SD card. Make sure you have a directory named "bootmii" with the "armboot.bin" and "ppcboot.elf" files inside.

If you do not see those flashes, BootMii/boot2 is not installed.
You may have a non-compatible SD card or removed the files. I also have a copy of the bootmii folder in my signature.

If you do have bootmii then this can be recovered. If not then you're screwed and Nintendo are the only ones able to fix it.
