Sorry for posting in the wrong post.

Hi guyes. I got a big problem. Here goes.
I've bricked my wii by updating the firmware to 4.2(eur). From the udating service in the wii. Then I turn on the wii, it starts whith the, health screen, but it's stuck there. There is no " press a " button.

    Here's what I got.
    A wii whith a wiikey.
    And a savemii.
Never instaled enything else like homebrew or preloader.

I tried to burn the "official nintendo restore disk" but no reaction, then I put it in the wii. I can hear that the drive is spinning, for a while, but nothing happens. I also tried whith a bootmii recovery disc, I think it's called. And nothing there to.
I tried to copy some bootmii and preloader files, to my sd card.
Before that I formatted the sd card to fat32. But stil nothing.

What am I doing wrong? Please help me. Best regards Frank.

well, 4.2 should say unauthorized device detected or sth... that means the chip is screwing it up....
