    LU65 Semi-Bricked Wii??? part 2

Here is my original post...http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...icked-wii.html. As my original the post states i cant get my system menu doesnt boot, I get the System menu is corrupted message, but i am still able to access preloader 0.29 and HBC form there. I kno i need HBC to fix my wii system menu. My problem is that HBC doesnt load any of the wads. It shows that they load up fine but i goes straight to a black screen. It freezes up to where i have to power off the wii. Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Hi,

you say hbc doens't load your wad's. HBC loads dol and elf files. Do you have those in the apps directory?

My mistake well the files wouldnt show up at all in HBC if they are not in the apps folder right?

What i meant was that you have to use a wadmanager. You can download it, and then use that to load the wad files. The wadmanager wil work from hbc. You have to download it and make a directory on your sd which says apps. Put the wadmanager file in there and be sure it's called boot.elf or boot.dol (otherwise hbc won't recognise the file as a application file and it won't show up).

hope this will help you forward.

    Good luck.

    greetings
