There was one chap who installed his drivekey on another Wii, used the configuration to change it to autoboot and then put back in his own Wii to use the autoboot function. Would be handy if that setting was automatic default, wouldn't it.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
hi Tealc99 you seem to be the man with good info just to let you know i have unbricked my wii . what i did was bought a drivekey £28 fitted into a working wii to set it to autoboot disks , then used the bootable wii backup disk 1.31 selected delete all and it formatted my memory and fixed the problem . thanks again for all your help , glad it,s all over cheers
