Hold reset when powering up, that's the usual was of loading preloader.

You seem to have banner bricked. There's a fantastic tutorial on Wiihacks that may help http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...ner-brick.html

By the way if preloader will load then you probably don't need the banner brick tutorial.

I don't have a gamecube controller the chip is 50+ gamecube controller 20+ this is the same as Nintendo if I'm successful. Do I have to leave chip in after recovery?

Wow chips are expensive where you live. In the UK you can get one for around 10-20, Gamecube controllers around 10 too.

If you successfully installed cIOScorp then you'll not need the modchip.

Trouble is this method is not guaranteed to work and while it does fix bricks it may not fix yours.

Nintendo did not charge me on the initial service setup. I hope I get the same wii back or does it even matter anymore now that solderless chips are available. I wont skip bootmii this time. I think I changed the settings on preloaders second page. How can I reinstall preloader without bricking another wii or should I try starfall it already has bootmi installed correctly.

I doubt if you'll get boot2 on there.
