When they day modded they mean opened up so you can actually press all directions at once. An alternative is a dancemat that uses GC port. You are still wasting your time as you won't get the disc to autoboot without a modchip, unless you have cIOScorp of course.

If you do have bootmii installed as boot2 it is possible that your SD card either:-
    a) Does not have the relevant bootmii files loaded onto the card correctly, or at all.
    b) Your card is not compatible.

If boot2 is installed then you get certain flashes when your Wii starts. Do you get one flash, followed by another 10+ seconds later or do you get 2 flashes in relative close succession (i.e. <1 second).

If you installed boot2 on the other Wii does your SD card load bootmii menu on that one?
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Yes I am because I remember it used to annoyed me that it always boot up the wii to bootmii every time I started it. So what I did was went into the Bootmii setting and change it so that it did not start first anymore (I believe I did this).

Thanks for the reply. i dont think there is a problem with the SD card as I can load bootmii on my other wii with it on startup. It's probably how I play around with bootmii's setting on this one that doesn't allow it to boot up anymore.

About the GC controller. Can you direct me further on how to exactly get it to press all 4 direction at a time? Thanks so much.

Bootmii has a configuration file that can autoboot system menu if wanted. I just left it alone and moved the files off the SD card.

Edit bootmii.ini or us the one from my signature, although you may have to change the region setting as it'll be PAL on mine.

Umm if it loads bootmii on one Wii and not on the other then you have an issue.

Well this was months ago, I really don't remember what I did to get bootmii to stop loading first. So it's hard to tell ^_^. I might have mistaken it for something else. Though I'm sure I did install bootmii, which option however is a blur.

I think my best chance now is to figure out how to press all four directional button on the GC so that I can use UUD v2 to delete the bad wad.

If possible, can someone direct me on what I need to do to mod the GC controller so that I can do this?

    Thanks a million!!
