My Wii has had a Wasabi Solderless Modchip in it for a while now. I was trying to get Wii sports resort to work. So i was installing some CIOS's and then i know i was installing IOS36 for something just dont remember for what. I think thats what made this happen. Also no preloader or bootmii. and what do you mean by what system menu am i using?

System Menu is the version of software the Wii uses to run.
examples..
3.2
3.4
4.0 (the latest)
It is shown when you go into the Wii settings in the top right corner.
Were you installing IOS 36 or cIOS 36? Could you have inadvertantly pressed minus instead of plus or someting?
I honestly dont know about the system menu. is there any waay i could check? from the health and safety regulation screen? and i couldve been either IOS 36 or cIOS 36. Is there any way i could restore the wii back?

Well normally when one softmods it's one of the things you should know, it's important because different hacks work on different versions.
Anyway it's not critical now as your issue sounds pretty bricky to me.
Sometimes black screens are caused by bluetooth module issues. Does the Helath and Safety screen allow you to press A to continue?

Ok so it's not the bluetooth module.
I have never bricked my Wii and have only limited knowledge gained from Wiihacks but I think you need to try the savemiifrii trick. Search google and Wiihacks for it. There's videos demonstrating it working. No guarantees.
Aslo..
There's great advice on Bricks of all different descriptions on Wiihacks in the [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]

You can update using a game disc with savemiifrii (if it works) providing you are not currently running the latest version.
Good luck. Not sure how much more help I can be outside the link I provided.
