That is a full brick and this is for bannerbricks. Unless you had a NAND Backup and bootmii installed as boot2, your only option is to send it back to nintendo who will most likely charge for the repair. Also try powering on the with the wiimote to ensure that it is not a bluetooth module problem

My guess: he probably messed around with IOS60 but i could be wrong.
I have tried booting it with the wiimote and it wont have it still balck screen.
I was trying to install a theme, so was in or around softmii at the time, cant remember exactly what I did.
Is there defo no way that I can recover this console myself??? (C'mon surely theres a way)
Not even with a bootdisc??
Also.. If I really do have no other option than to send it to nintendo does anybody have any idea roughly how much it will cost, I sent back a wii last week that had a broken disc drive and it cost 27.40GBP.

I appreciate all of your responses.. thank you
that means it is not a bluetooth module problem and is a full brick and unless you had bootmii as boot2 installed and a NAND backup, you wont be able to fix it. The Nintendo of America charges $75 USD plus shipping but not sure about UK

I don't think being clever has much to do with it. Anything we can do is limited by the hardware and software of the Wii and the way by which we can access said hardware and software.
If you did, as has already been alluded to, delete or compromise your IOS60 you have no chance to recover as IOS60 is needed to run the System Menu, Preloader and also the recovery menu. Important one that IOS60.
Themes, despite being very pretty and clever, do come with several risks and you seem to have found one of them. They replace critical Wii files with custom ones and when they fail it's kaput time.
Your only chance, and this has already been mentioned, is that you installed bootmii as boot2 prior to messing about with dodgy themes.
