    Two suggestions:
    1. Go into sysmenu and resync (red button) wiimote. NOT the 1+2 method.
    2. Pull SD and USB HDD when accessing prii

I've had oddness occur w/ prii when using a wiimote that was not permanently synced.

I think I resolved that. I am good for now, the only issue I still see that I can deal with is I launch homebrew from USB and then MMM, I can't mount USB or SD. if I launch Homebrew with SD in, then MMM, it can mount the SD and USB.

Is it safe to run MMM and let it update all IOS, etc?

So how did you resolve it? Someone else may run into this problem and want to know what you did.

As far as the MMM problem, no idea. Could be something with the MMM config file, I dunno. MMM can be buggy with anything USB related from my experience, which is why I always have used it from SD.

If you followed the ANY Wii guide as suggested, all of your IOS are up to date. No need to do anything else.

I think my FAT partition may have been corrupted. I noticed when I was trying to browse directories, first it showed the hidden "recycle.bin". then when I went to usb:\apps, and picked a folder like wiiflow, it would show usb:\apps\wiiflow, then it would shoot the root again, so it went to usb:\apps\wiiflow\apps\wiiflow\ and on and on in a circle. I reformatted my FAT partition and copied files back and it resolved some of he issues I had with priiloader. Going through the guide you suggested was the main fix. Thanks again for you great advice.
