    [HELP] Bricked Japanese Wii

When the came wii basically came out, I received a japanese version of it already chip moded.
Now I can't access the wii settings, read any discs, and the sd slot won't read my card so I'm quite frustrated as to how to proceed
Most solutions listed require the use of a sd card but the slot won't register it for some reason and secondly,
my wii won't read any discs!

My initial attempts at burning discs have been useless and my wii won't see any of my sd files

All I know is that it's been hard moded some years ago, so I'm guessing the firmware version is around 3.X???

    What do I?

Sry if this is in the wrong forum

Edit: Changed system menu to wii settings menu (as I used wrong naming)

First, I would try this, even if it seems that the SD slot isn't working: http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...tion-here.html

If that doesn't workm take a look here: http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...creen-wii.html
Awesome sig picture does not work

    Update:

After deciding that both methods don't work, I've come to the conclusion to either destroy the damn thing or take it apart. If I take it apart, is there ANY way I could directly reinstall it to some sort of factory setting or the like?

    Edit:

Also, is the IRC up? It would do me a great service if I someone could go through with me over this issue in real time.

IRC is almost always up. Just that it isn't always manned.

When you turn on your wii, what happens? You say you can't access the system menu, then you say you can't read disc which you can't try without the system menu, same with the sd card. So, with great detail, please describe your issue from the time you turn on the wii.

I apologize if I was being unclear. All text is in japanese
When I turn on my wii, it starts up normally yet I cannot access the wii settings menu (it redirects to a failed attempt to connect the net through opera?).
When trying to read a disc, it shows the disc image spinning but then turns into a question mark for anything I've every placed in it, real or burned game
When trying to read a sd card, after placing a sd card in the text changes showing that it realizes that a sd card was placed in, but it does not show anything other than text. Same results transpire even if I try to put in a sd card before starting the wii or using different brands of sd cards (I've tried FAT and FAT32 formats).

Ok, first try bannerbomb v2 with the hackmii installer on a formated 1-2g standard sd card.
    http://bannerbomb.qoid.us/index.new.php
    http://bannerbomb.qoid.us/index.new.php
Just put the private folder form bannerbomb on sd:\ and the boot.elf from the hackmii installer. Put the sd card in the wii, then click on the sd icon from the wii channel menu and see if it load the boot.elf. If it does install the HBC.
