    Try this- See if you can get wii in maintenance mode.
    * Turn on the console.
    * At the H&S screen, preess & hold down the + and - buttons
    * Keep holding both & hit A

    -Blu

    Nothing happens. When the H&S screen appears, the Press A button never appears so it leaves me to believe that the screen is frozen or locked.

    You should be able to fix it with your modchip via savemiifrii. If your lucky you can load the autoboot disc B.L.I.N.D., if that does not work you will need to load smash stack pal via swap as described in the sticky for autoboot disc fixing and error 003. The fix should be to simply run the wii through the Softmod Any Wii guide, including the 4.1 system menu install. If that fails you may need to delete some offending installed channel via a title manager, or a system format. You get the wii to load some homebrew like wiimod and then we can work it out, everything you need to know is in the sticky's above (for the most part).

    easy, if it's semi-Brick.
    a bit harder, if fully bricked.
    out of question, if nothing can tell.

    I'll attempt to un-brick it via the guide. Hopefully I don't fully brick it trying.
