Try to uninstall Elua.wad, then reinstall it.

    edit: nandbincheck is very good
also, only elua give you trouble? Did the system menu wad install without issue?

Following the guides, when installing the System Menu and co. wads, you are asked to press 1 then A to install all three wads at once. That's what I always did and, of course, each time it starts installing Elua.wad and each time it freezes at 4/6. I did not try to install them separately because I wasn't sure if I could install only 2 out of 3 wads, or even just 1. I just assumed one had to install them all properly or none or else the Wii could brick or give other problems.

I just tried installing the System Menu and it also froze at 3/9.

Also, I tried uninstalling Elua.wad; it said it stopped for the Wii's safety and that it did not complete.

There should be an md5 file for those wads. Does the hash check pass on those wads when checked on your sd card?

Probably a good time to make a new nand.bin backup with bootmii and check it with nandbincheck.

    Code:
    nandbincheck nand.bin -all -v

Yes there is an md5 file and the check does pass on those wads on my SD card. The check finishes without any error.

I'm doing a new nand.bin backup right now. I shall come back with the nandbincheck soon.

Edit: Also, now I can't access my Wii Menu. I think it's because I tried to uninstall it (that's when it froze at 3/9).
I was thinking about following the "Softmod ANY Wii" guide once more.

I tried the nandbincheck with an old backup I had and it give me a bunch of information.

Now, I did it with the recent backup I made and it stopped and gave me this message: "One of the shared contents in this nand is missing".

    See for yourself:

    Spoiler

Edit: I searched on Google and only got a few results. One thread on WiiBrew and another one on GBATemp but it does not help much (by the way, you posted on both threads). I also found the code for nandBinCheck.

Perhaps it's time to use that old nand.bin backup and "restore" my Wii? Unless you know it's not going to fix it and/or you still want to work with this broken Wii just for the sake of knowledge and future reference.

    Boot1 B (vulnerable)
"blocks 3 & 4: Used for booting; Content Sha1 matches TMD; TMD is fakesigned; Ticket officially signed; BootMii (Unk)

So you should have bootmii installed as boot2. Ensure boot2 bootmii is installed and working. Make a new bootmii nand backup. Use giantpunes nand.bin formater, ohneswanzeneger. Format the nand.bin with ohneswanzeneger, then install system menu 4.1 for your region with ohneswanzeneger. Be sure to set the serial number to match your wii when you do this. Ohneswanzeneger will make a nice new nand.bin for you, when it is done check it with nandbincheck and ensure there are no errors. Then simply restore the nand.bin to the with using boot2 bootmii, you should have a nice fresh install and a working wii.

I have bootmii as boot2 and it is working. I made a new backup, formated it, installed System Menu 4.1 for my region (the three wads), put the correct serial number and checked with nandbincheck. I did this with the new backup I made AND with my old backup (obviously I used copies).
This is what I got from nandbincheck for BOTH nand.bins:

Great news. I followed once more the "Softmod ANY Wii" guide. Now everything is fine.

I don't know why it did not work last time. I probably made an error somewhere. This time I made 200% sure everything was alright, checked, downloaded without error.

I can access the System Settings now. (:

Thank you SO MUCH for your help and support guys! I am truly greatful!

Edit: I don't know if it helped, but before retrying the guide, I restored my Wii with my old nand.bin backup.
